At Dennison Watch, we want you to be completely satisfied with your timepiece. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for items in original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the watch in its original presentation box with all manuals and warranty cards, ensuring the package is securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring no previous shipping labels are visible.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our horologists verify the condition of the returned timepiece, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
